Decision Required: Credit Expiry
Section titled “Decision Required: Credit Expiry”The system currently has no automation for credit expiry. Credits sit in bw_credits_ps_spring_2026 user meta indefinitely.
Options:
- Automatic expiry on a stated date (recommended) — State “Credits expire on June 27, 2026” in the T&Cs. Handle the admin side separately (calendar reminder + manual clearing, or a future plugin update to auto-zero balances after the date).
- Manual clearing by the team — Credits are cleared administratively after the season ends. T&Cs would say “Credits expire at the conclusion of the applicable program season.”
- Grace period — Credits expire X days after the final session (e.g., July 31, 2026), giving a buffer.
The T&Cs and FAQ language will differ depending on which option is chosen. The draft below uses Option 1 (explicit date) as placeholder.

Practice Sessions — Session Credits and Booking Terms
Section titled “Practice Sessions — Session Credits and Booking Terms”The following terms apply to all purchases of Practice Session passes on baseworks.com, including Alumni, Standard, and Introductory pass types.
Session Credits Practice Session passes are sold as session credits tied to a specific program season (e.g., “Practice Sessions Montreal, Spring 2026”). Credits are non-transferable and may only be used to book sessions within the season for which they were purchased. Credits cannot be applied to any other program, season, or offering.
No Carryover Between Seasons Credits that remain unused at the end of a program season expire automatically on the final session date of that season. For Spring 2026, this date is June 27, 2026. Expired credits cannot be carried over, reinstated, or refunded.
Per-Transaction Pricing Where sliding-scale volume pricing applies (Alumni tier), the discount is calculated solely on the quantity purchased in a single transaction. Prior purchases in the same season are not taken into account. Each new purchase is priced independently.
Booking and Cancellation After purchase, credits may be used to self-book specific session dates through your account dashboard at baseworks.com. Session bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time, at which point the credit is returned to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for credit return. Baseworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule individual sessions; in such cases, credits will be returned to participant accounts.
Session Capacity Each session has a maximum capacity of 20 participants across all pass types. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Full sessions cannot be booked until a spot becomes available through cancellation.
No Refunds on Unused Credits Consistent with our general refund policy, purchased session credits are non-refundable. Unused credits at the end of a season are forfeited without compensation.
