Quick check-in before Saturday—I see you haven’t started the first assignment yet. Wanted to reach out directly rather than wait until we’re all together.
The program is structured around everyone completing the online assignments before each session.
Just in case you haven’t yet looked at your emails or seen the messages on the platform, the assignment before Saturday’s session is to complete Segments 1-2 (all 15 lessons through 2.12 Form Practice: Star Form). This takes about 58 minutes total, and even though Saturday’s close, it’s definitely doable if you can find some time in the next couple days.
If there’s something preventing you from getting started—technical issues, confusion about what to complete, or anything else—let me know and we’ll help sort it out.
