Practitioner profiles in the knowledge base lack bi-directional connections to related documents. Examples include event participation questionnaires, waivers, and submissions.

There may already be connections in place, or a single markdown file handling all entries, but the relationship structure between practitioners and their associated documents needs improvement. The goal is to establish clearer, more maintainable connections between these entities.
