Drive Inventory — Newsletters

Created 2026-04-21
Tags drivearchiveinventorynewsletters

Past newsletter content in Google Drive. Most 2023–2025 issues were sent via FluentCRM or earlier systems and aren’t yet archived in the vault.

Drive path: Promotional:Media Channels/2023 newsletter/

  • Single sub-folder 2023-newsletter/ with scattered assets — sparse
  • Status: ⏳ not imported
  • Notes: Treat as a starting point only; actual newsletter content likely lives in the FluentCRM archive URLs, not Drive. Use /archive-newsletter with the FluentCRM archive URL for each issue.

Drive path: Promotional:Media Channels/2024 Newsletters/

  • Status: ⏳ not imported
  • Notes: Needs folder-level scan to enumerate individual issues. Likely the richest year for past content since it predates the 2026 vault-native workflow.

Drive path: Promotional:Media Channels/2025 Newsletters/

  • Top-level files: 2025 Newsletters.docx (likely a planning doc or aggregated archive), baseworks 2025.png
  • Status: ⏳ mostly not imported; one archived
  • Imported:
  • Notes: Pull each issue from its FluentCRM archive URL, not from the docx.

Drive path: Promotional:Media Channels/2026 Newsletters/

  • Contains markdown files directly: fire_horse_2026_newsletter_complete.md, _japanese.md, _spanish.md
  • Social images sub-folder
  • Edward Clark newsletter image + PDF
  • Montreal Study Group 2026 image
  • Open Day Montreal Jan 2026 featured image
  • Brain Fodder: Learning Styles image
  • Status: ✅ Partially imported — 2026-01-fire-horse-new-year and related campaigns exist in vault. Drive content serves as source material.

Drive path: Ontraport Archive/Shaspo Ontraport emails.docx

  • Old newsletters sent via Ontraport before FluentCRM migration
  • Status: ⏳ not imported
  • Notes: Worth extracting individual emails and archiving the ones that reference still-relevant topics. Format will need text-only extraction since Ontraport’s HTML template is obsolete.

When archiving any past newsletter, cross-reference:

  • Social Posts — same-period social posts often promote the same topic
  • Blog Post Assets — newsletter hero images often come from blog banners
  • Press & Interviews — features (HCM, NEXT Japan, Vanguardia) were often promoted via newsletter in the same window
