Drive Archive Inventory
Created 2026-04-21
Tags
A map of past Baseworks content living in Google Drive (“Baseworks Team Drive”) that may be worth importing into the vault on demand. This is a navigable index, not an import queue — nothing here is pulled automatically.
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”- Surface what past content exists in Drive so
/archive-newsletter,/archive-blog-post, and ad-hoc archival runs can find it quickly - Avoid re-scanning Drive from scratch for every archival task
- Track what’s already been imported vs. still sitting in Drive
- Flag correlations — e.g., a past newsletter in Drive often pairs with social posts and press features from the same period
How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”When archiving a past newsletter, blog post, or campaign:
- Check the relevant inventory file below for the specific year/topic
- Note the Drive folder path
- Use
rcloneto pull the specific files needed (don’t bulk-sync) - Run the appropriate archive skill, passing the Drive folder path if it has correlated social/image content
Drive access: rclone remote gdrive: with team drive flag. Team Drive ID: 0AJjplgkbCdubUk9PVA.
