There’s a certain presence required to doing all the different micromovements simultaneously that I find interesting in how much attention it requires.

drawing the shoulders down while raising my arms is quite uncomfortable and I’m still trying to figure out if it’s the way I’m doing it or if it’s just due to tightness in my chest and it will relax with time and repitition.

Due to the discomfort experienced, I’ve been more aware of my shoulder blades in my day to day and I’m drawing them down while lengthening my neck whenever I notice.

Not sure yet! Still need to understand more what this whole framework is about at this this stage.

I had purchased the program without realizing there was an online element necessary to the in-person element. As I’m spending about 7-10 hours a day actively learning at the moment (I’m not even answering e-mails for the month of January to give me space for that), I’m quite saturated and feeling a bit of urgency in the pacing now. Obviously on me to have fully read the description before purchasing, but wanted to mention it as you seemed preoccupied that some people were last minute with accomplishing tasks and I don’t see that changing for me.
