Ksenia asked Shobayashi to (1) reissue the invoice addressed to Patrick Oancia personally (not Para Impacto), (2) confirm whether credit card payment is available, (3) update the registered holder address from Fredericton NB to a new Montreal address.

16 Feb 2026 — Shobayashi (Sonoda) response

(1) Re-addressing the invoice to Patrick personally is possible, but because the client of record is the company, doing so may affect the invoice amount and procedure; requested confirmation that the bank transfer itself would still originate in Japan. (2) Credit card payment is not supported — bank transfer only. (3) An address change on the JPO register requires a separate 表示変更登録申請 filing costing approximately ¥30,000. A renewal application that has already been submitted cannot have its holder address changed retroactively. Shobayashi offered to file the display-change separately if desired.

26 Feb 2026 — Ksenia’s decision

Proceed with reissuing the invoice to Patrick personally (payment still from Japan), accept bank transfer only, defer the address change on the register for now.

27 Feb 2026 — Shobayashi reissues invoice

Invoice № 2026-05190 issued, addressed to Patrick Oancia. Original invoice date retained, so payment due date was same-day (that day). Shobayashi asked when payment could be expected.

6 Mar 2026 — Shobayashi payment reminder

Following up on № 2026-05190 as payment had not been received by the due date. Asked for an expected payment date. No subsequent correspondence in Gmail as of 2026-04-23.
