Segment Feedback — Nathalie Dore — Segment Movement Transitions
Section titled “Segment Feedback — Nathalie Dore — Segment Movement Transitions”Most interesting
Section titled “Most interesting”Thinking/feeling the concept of transition and equate. And the parallel between if the body is not willing to go to the end state that by creating intermediate points of attention that are more accessible allows the brain to adapt to a new possibility incrementally. Same with coaching clients. It shouldn’t surprise me, but I am always delighted when I make a connection even if it should be obvious :-)
Unusual or difficult
Section titled “Unusual or difficult”My shoulders are really tight as I carry so much weight on them…I am curious to see how using the incremental or adding a stop on the transit will increase my mobility for which I had pretty much written off as chronic.
Movement habits
Section titled “Movement habits”Do you read my journal? I had a cool experience while on the thread mill where I experienced being suspended and fixed and this increased my capacity to jog longer and at a faster speed with less effort.
Could be better
Section titled “Could be better”All good.
