Section titled “Purpose”Sent to returning Baseworks practitioners (Track A alumni) after they purchase session credits for the current season. Provides schedule information, calendar links, booking reminders, and prompts engagement with the community forum.

Welcome back to Practice Sessions.
Here’s what you need for the Spring 2026 season.
Schedule
16 sessions running March 15 through June 27, 2026. Sessions are 70 minutes of guided practice at Proto Studio in Mile End.

Booking
Your session credits are available in your account. Select your preferred dates from the booking dashboard after logging in. Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time, and the credit is returned to your account for rebooking.
Same-day bookings are not accepted. Please book in advance.
Community
The Practice Sessions forum on the practice platform is available to you. Use it between sessions to share observations, ask questions about what you’re noticing in practice, and connect with other practitioners. We respond directly in the forum, and it’s often where the most useful follow-up to a session happens.
If you haven’t visited the forum recently, it’s worth checking in. Practitioners from all Baseworks programs contribute, and the conversation has been active.
