How Content Is Organized
Section titled “How Content Is Organized”- Campaigns are the primary planning unit. Each campaign is a promotable topic with content across multiple formats (blog, newsletter section, social posts). Campaign notes live under
02-areas/communications/campaigns/and link outward into the knowledge base. - Newsletter issues are containers that assemble sections from multiple campaigns. They live under
02-areas/communications/newsletters/. - Blog articles are published web content and remain under
02-areas/website/blog-articles/. Campaign notes link to them. - Social post content lives inside campaign notes (platform-specific sections for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Campaign linkage is through frontmatter
campaign:tags and wikilinks. - Legacy social post files in
social-posts/and newsletter feature files innewsletter/predate the campaign structure (created 2026-03-13). New content should use the campaign structure under02-areas/communications/.
