Course Progress Reset — System Notification

Section titled “Course Progress Reset — System Notification”

Sent when a participant’s progress is reset after lessons are marked complete without meeting the required completion conditions (e.g., skipping through video content).

Sender: Platform system / no-reply address — not Patrick or Asia. Tone: Automated, neutral, factual. No personal sign-off.

FILL IN BEFORE SENDING:

  • Replace [Segment X] with the actual segment number (e.g., Segment 2).

Subject: Practice Platform — Course Progress Notice

This is an automated notification from the Baseworks Practice Platform.

Our system detected an irregularity in your course progress. Lesson completions were recorded for multiple lessons within Segment [X] without the required completion conditions being met.

To qualify as complete, each video lesson must be watched in its entirety. Practice lessons within a segment must be completed all the way through. Advancing through content without watching it in full does not satisfy the completion requirement, and segment completion cannot be confirmed under those conditions.

Your progress has been reset to the first lesson of Segment [X].

  • First use: Noemi Normanding, Spring 2026 Primer (2026-05-19). Progress was manually reset and video lesson settings were updated to prevent skipping.
  • This template is intended to become an automated trigger in FluentCRM once the platform can detect the irregularity programmatically.
  • See Practice Platform Email Templates for related templates.
