Standing with the feet about a meter apart or a little bit wider or a little bit narrower depending on your height or your personal condition.

Starting with the outside edges of the feet parallel to each other, activate the feet away from each other here as we start to draw the shoulders down and extend the arms up into the air.

Spread through the fingers, extend through the back of the neck and the crown of the head draws up as you draw the shoulders down in towards the hips.

Make sure that there’s no arching into the lower back and that the pelvis is not sticking back and up and the rib cage is not flaring out.

Keep the spine neutral.

Drop the left heel back and the right foot forward allowing for the pelvis to move naturally with that movement.

As you activate the legs away from each other, hinge from the hips as you come forward and down not so far here.
