It is the strong connection between my brain and nervous system/body/muscles etc, that allows me to be in control and slow. Also understanding the mechanics of the movement, I am thinking of bringing my weight over my foot to bring my other back in standing position.

Nothing unusual of difficult but seeing that I am a bit more able to respect my limits, less frustration at not doing the exercise as deep as I would like. Also I am becoming aware of not going in the pain, somehow I was not listening to this.

I suppose I answer in the previous question. I heard this time about keeping whole body attention and tension (maybe not the right word)…
