Midline. I’m realizing out my midline is chronically out of alignment almost 24 hours of the day

I don’t know if I need to practice during the key points section. Sometimes I just watch them but then miss out on some of the key points when I attempt the applied practice. I’m terms of this particular lesson I found it most difficult to understand form concept and need to go back and watch those lessons

Just what I previously wrote about midline and it being chronically out of balance. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my feet and old pain in knee thigh hips etc. I think intensity modification and safety concepts can potentially help but I spend so much , mental energy on midline (really lack of awareness) that I think I may be applying too much intensity or lack of safety without even realizing it. We have to be fundamentally aware before we can figure out how to gauge intensity/safety and I think I’m lacking in that and need to work on that just in daily life
