The focus on stopping if there is effort.

I had more difficulties in knowing wheter my body is traight or not in downward positions.

When I walk, wait or dance, I am now more aware about being straight and not curving my back inside by puting my pelvis centered and drawing my shoulders down. It relief some pain I had du to bad posture habits. I never knew how to be straight. When I was trying to be in a better position before, I used to put my shoulders back which was accentuating the curve in my back.
