Flagged Submissions
Reference archive of segment feedback submissions that were removed from Formidable Forms due to course integrity violations. Kept as policy examples — not valid course records.
Submissions are flagged when there is clear evidence that:
- The participant skipped through video lessons without completing them
- The written feedback was generated by AI rather than produced from genuine practice experience
- Both conditions occurred together (the typical pattern)
Why keep these
Section titled “Why keep these”These examples inform how to identify and respond to similar cases in the future — both the content patterns (AI-generated writing that sounds plausible but lacks specificity to the actual Baseworks practice) and the submission timing patterns (multiple segments completed within minutes of each other).
Noémie Normandin — May 2026
Section titled “Noémie Normandin — May 2026”Three submissions deleted from Formidable Forms (form 67) after it was confirmed she had been skipping through lessons and marking them complete. Video lesson settings were updated to prevent skipping; course progress was reset.
Submission timestamps (UTC) confirm the pattern — all three submitted within 17 minutes:
