On all fours here, making sure that the hands are no wider than the shoulders width and that the knees are no wider than the hips width.
And the knees should be stacked right underneath the pelvis and the hands should be stacked right underneath the shoulder girdle.
Press the hands down now into the floor and forward.
Grip the toes into the floor and grip back.
As you draw the shoulders down towards the hips now, flex the upper spine. for the head to relax down as you do so.
Challenge the upper spine flexion a little bit more.
Release the spinal flexion and relax the arms and legs.
