From reclining transition, bending the left knee, then bending the right knee, crossing at the ankles, bringing the heels in close to the pubis and allow for the feet to lower to the floor.

Moving the right arm forward, again moving from the shoulder and the left arm forward, moving from the shoulder, already activating the spinal flexion here as the scapula move away from each other, lifting up slowly as you flex the upper spine even more, releasing the hands to a comfortable position onto the ground.

As you start to flex forward and down, resisting that movement with the outside edges of the feet, pressing to the floor against that flexion downward.

Again, you can move a little bit from side to side here with the ribcage, undulating in micro movements.

As we start to extend the spine here, continually drying the shoulders down and again if you’re lacking a little bit of flexibility here you might have to come more upright to allow for that backline to become nice and straight.

Continually drawing the shoulders down and continually feeling that the crown of the head draws upward as especially we go up into the straight spine position here.

Continually offering the resistance with the outside edges of those feet, you’re respective of where you are in the movement.

To release now Now upper spine flexes again as we push through the outside edges of the feet and we start to move backward.

The hands come up off the floor.

We suspend for a second in balance and then we slowly start to lower the arms to the floor as we release one leg at a time actively forward into an active reclining transition.
