very interesting how as a fitness coach I assumed we were going to do the actual squat exercise, and to notice it more of the yoga position being used here for the skill proces, The way I need to ficus more on the form of my upper body makes me realize were sometimes I can hold tension around my traps and neck, aslo as a dance artist , it also provided a little stretch to my hamstrings , no tension what so ever on my lower back
