Section titled “Movement habits”Yes, I hadn’t been in a yoga class since doing Baseworks and yesterday I was reminded of equate and moving the arms forward to free the legs and the counter balance and how poor the instructions compared to the additions I was doing in my head of paying attention to edges of my feet, thinking about my ribcage position and how my shoulders where hurting in side planks and zero modifications were offered so I did my own.

Section titled “Additional comments”Apologies for not having been able to complete before this morning. It’s been a hectic week and I noticed a difference in not doing Baseworks at least every other day.
