Editorial calendar and master reference for all content campaigns. Each campaign is a promotable topic or initiative with content across multiple formats (blog, newsletter section, social posts).

  • One directory per campaign, named with date prefix and slug: YYYY-MM-slug/
  • One note per campaign inside that directory, same name as the directory
  • Assets subdirectory for code deliverables (newsletter HTML, etc.) — named YYYY-MM-slug-assets/
  • Images referenced via URL directly in the campaign note (Google Drive, FileBrowser, or other hosted source) — not stored in the vault
  • All filenames (directories, notes, assets) must be globally unique across the vault

Each campaign note contains:

  • Frontmatter with type, status, target date, source programs/concepts, formats, and tags
  • Source Material section with wikilinks to KB content the campaign draws from
  • Blog Reference linking to the blog post in 02-areas/website/blog-articles/
  • Newsletter Section — the copy for this topic’s section within a newsletter issue
  • Social Posts — platform-specific variants (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Images embedded inline via ![alt](url) wherever they’re relevant
