Editorial calendar and master reference for all content campaigns. Each campaign is a promotable topic or initiative with content across multiple formats (blog, newsletter section, social posts).
How Campaigns Work
Section titled “How Campaigns Work”- One directory per campaign, named with date prefix and slug:
YYYY-MM-slug/ - One note per campaign inside that directory, same name as the directory
- Assets subdirectory for code deliverables (newsletter HTML, etc.) — named
YYYY-MM-slug-assets/ - Images referenced via URL directly in the campaign note (Google Drive, FileBrowser, or other hosted source) — not stored in the vault
- All filenames (directories, notes, assets) must be globally unique across the vault
Campaign Note Structure
Section titled “Campaign Note Structure”Each campaign note contains:
- Frontmatter with type, status, target date, source programs/concepts, formats, and tags
- Source Material section with wikilinks to KB content the campaign draws from
- Blog Reference linking to the blog post in
02-areas/website/blog-articles/ - Newsletter Section — the copy for this topic’s section within a newsletter issue
- Social Posts — platform-specific variants (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Images embedded inline via
wherever they’re relevant
