Depends what you mean by “goal”!… I suppose such a squat can be used to reinforce legs and glutes, to work on balance and spacial awareness (position of the body in space and of the limbs with regard to the bust), or to prepare for ski jumping, diving or maybe deadlift? After 2 pregnancies, 2.5 months postpartum with sleep deprivation, pain and fatigue from childcare, housework and terrible positions for breastfeeding, I found myself stiff and weak, while I used to be able to do 100 deep squats in the sauna… But I mainly struggled to get in the correct the alignment, in particular the arms with the straight back. I wish I had mirrors around me instead of a dark window.
