Directory Structure
Section titled “Directory Structure”Each collaboration type gets its own subdirectory with a standardized structure:

ProtoStudio Venue 2026
Section titled “ProtoStudio Venue 2026”Venue collaboration with Proto Studio (Mile End, Montreal) for Practice Sessions and Study Group programs, March–June 2026. Includes website listing on protostudio.ca and member/resident subsidy coordination.

Future Collaboration Types
Section titled “Future Collaboration Types”This structure is designed to scale. Potential future collaboration categories might include:
- Neuroscience research partnerships
- Educational institution partnerships
- Content creation collaborations
- Technology/platform partnerships
Usage Guidelines
Section titled “Usage Guidelines”- Create new collaboration directory when initiating a new collaboration type
- Use main project file to track overall goals, timeline, status
- Store templates for reusable communication materials
- Track contacts systematically to avoid duplicate outreach
- Document decisions and communication in project files for team visibility
Team Collaboration
Section titled “Team Collaboration”Files in this directory are shared with team members (Ksenia, Asia, etc.) through Obsidian vault. Templates and contact lists should be kept updated as collaboration work progresses.
