Noticing low intensity as stability and high intensity as unstable positions, where things are more precarious - legs are more spread, extended, balance is more challenging - so requires more adjustments, more attention, slowing down.

Nothing to report

Yes, I hadn’t been in a yoga class since doing Baseworks and yesterday I was reminded of equate and moving the arms forward to free the legs and the counter balance and how poor the instructions compared to the additions I was doing in my head of paying attention to edges of my feet, thinking about my ribcage position and how my shoulders where hurting in side planks and zero modifications were offered so I did my own.

Nothing to report.

Apologies for not having been able to complete before this morning. It’s been a hectic week and I noticed a difference in not doing Baseworks at least every other day.
