Summary: View Summary

In a seated position with the soles of the feet onto the floor, gently tilt back as you reach the arms away from the side of the body to balance onto the sit bones.

You want to feel that the feet are lightly floating and also there’s a feeling that the arms are actually floating as well.

You’re trying to sort of again play a little bit with the weight of the legs and the weight upper torso to offset the weight so you’re able to really find that center of balance.

As we start to lower the upper torso back and down, we also start to extend and straighten the legs, again trying to find that sweet spot with the balance.

Gently releasing the forearms down to the ground as you continue to lower the legs, pressing the balls of the feet diagonally forward and up.

And once your forearms reach the ground, draw the shoulders down and press the chest up.

To release out of this, we want to start to move forward slightly as, again, we’re finding that position to balance, whereby we can make our way back up to the suspended position with the knees bent.

And then slowly you can lower the feet to the ground.
