Section titled “Additional comments”I previously studied through the YogaJaya teacher training course and completed the parts other than the in-person sessions. I am not mainly aiming to become a yoga teacher, but I would like to continue deepening my understanding of movement, body awareness, and practice through the Baseworks Method.
As a designer and drummer, I am also interested in the connection between perception, rhythm, physical awareness, and learning.
