1. Where you started What you were looking for before you joined the program, and your relationship with movement going into it.
2. The experience of the practice What it’s concretely like to do Baseworks — not what it’s supposed to do, but what you actually experienced.
3. What you’ve noticed Changes in how you move in daily life, in your energy, your attention, or anything else unexpected.
4. The hybrid format How you experienced the combination of the online Primer and the in-person sessions.
One question to think about beforehand
Section titled “One question to think about beforehand”To help you arrive at the interview with a few thoughts already in mind, here’s one question worth reflecting on in advance:
Before you joined the program, what were you looking for — or what problem were you hoping it might help with? And what made you decide to try Baseworks specifically?
If you have any questions before we meet, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
