Things to observe; exterior of feet parallel; buttock moves towards back; keep knees above ankles. I observed the first time I did the form, when I got back up, there was a holding tension in my right buttock There is also a bit a tension, maybe I force a bit too much with shoulders and arms. Neck long. I imagine the more I do it, the more relax I’ll be in the observing, almost like I was cramping my brain observing.
