Standing with the feet hips width apart and if you’re looking from above the outside edges of the feet are parallel to each other.
Draw the shoulders down towards the hips and spread through the fingertips.
At the same time you want to feel that the back of the neck extends upward and that the crown of the head moves up as well.
So that crown of the head movement upward is resisting the shoulders drawing downward.
You also want to feel a little bit of pressure to the soles of the feet, pressing upward slightly.
And at the same time that you’re doing this here, you can also mildly grip the heels in towards each other to feel that the legs become a little bit more active as well.
