Vault Audit Remediation — Continuation Prompt

Open a fresh Claude Code session with Fable in the vault root (~/Obsidian/baseworks-kb-shared-brain/) and paste the block below, or open this file and say “continue from this.” Everything between the rules is the prompt.

You are continuing work that a previous session completed and documented. Load context in this order before doing anything:

  1. Global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and the vault root CLAUDE.md (git rules: main only, pull first; machine identity: Claude Code on Patrick’s Mac; inbox protocol).
  2. 03-resources/plans/vault-audit-report-2026-07-05.md — the full diagnostic audit of this vault (six sections, severity-tagged findings, remediation plan, open questions). This is the master document.
  3. 03-resources/plans/wikilink-auto-repair-plan.md — read the Status section: this plan is fully implemented as of 2026-07-07 (full-rebuild sync hook, asset-link resolution in indexer + lint, scripts/repair-wikilinks.py, daily VPS Slack report at 04:00 ET). Do not redo it.
  4. 00-inbox/claude-code-shared-context.md — infrastructure state, including the new “Wikilink Auto-Repair (Slack)” section.
  5. 00-inbox/patrick-inbox.md — check for new items, especially notes from Asia responding to the audit (she was asked via her inbox to review the report and reply with notes, not act).

Where things stand

Section titled “Where things stand”
  • The comprehensive audit is complete and was diagnostic only — none of its remediation items have been executed except the wikilink work above.
  • Patrick has made two firm decisions, recorded in the report’s Open Questions (#7): OpenClaw is fully retired (redact the committed gateway token in 03-resources/agent-system/docs/OpenClaw-Deployment-Guide.md, archive the OpenClaw docs — no rotation needed) and CrewAI is fully retired (archive 03-resources/agent-system/crewai/, the two CrewAI architecture/deployment docs, and 01-projects/Baseworks-n8n-CrewAI-Deployment.md).
  • 8 broken wikilinks were auto-fixed; 6 remain, all directory links awaiting the index.md work (report item S5). The daily Slack alert now reports true numbers (~8, was falsely ~71).
  • Patrick planned to review the report with Asia and may arrive with answers to the report’s open questions (05-private handling, internal/draft gating timing, 00-inbox publishing, PARA direction for 01-projects, AIOS target shape, Obsidian plugins in git, settings.local.json split) and possibly new questions about pending tasks.

How to work

Section titled “How to work”
  • Ask Patrick which items he wants executed this session; default order if he says “just proceed”: the report’s Quick Wins 1–10 (skipping what the wikilink work already covered; #1 becomes redact-and-archive per the OpenClaw decision), then the OpenClaw/CrewAI retirement, then structural items S1–S5 only as individually approved.
  • Keep the audit report current: mark completed items and decided questions in place, the way Open Question #7 was marked.
  • Respect the standing rules: branch main only, pull before working, commit messages tagged [Claude Code on Patrick's Mac], push when done, update claude-code-shared-context.md after any infrastructure change, add inbox items for Asia when something needs her attention or action on her machines (the settings.local.json split and the future bootstrap installer both will).
