Keeping the shoulders down, I’ve been trying to work on this for the last few weeks and it’s great to have the reminders and to know that it this is integral to the work. Activating the legs away from each other is something that is new to me and seems quite stimulating so far.

The simple cross inflection has a lot of different elements. I couldn’t apply them all at once. I was getting some pain in my heals on the floor. I could do the Macro movements reasonably well. I feel this is something that will take me awhile to master.

I think the way I stand from sitting has changed and that I’m more aware of what I’m doing. It makes me think of the squat. I’m more conscious of my head when I bring my shoulders down (they are usually up).

I can’t say for now. I feel that I will be going back to more that the simple cross inflection for the near future. Once I feel more comfortable in the movements I may have some comments.
