All broken links are for Baseworks taxonomy concepts defined as sections in 02-areas/method-admin/core/key-definitions.md rather than standalone files: Distributed Activation, Micro-Movements, Gridlines and Symmetry, Physical Intelligence, Sense Control Adapt, Intensity Modification. This affects all campaign notes that reference these concepts. A future task could create stub files that redirect to the relevant sections.

Each past campaign should be created as an archived campaign note following the exact same structure as new campaigns. For each importable item:

  1. Create the campaign directory: 02-areas/communications/campaigns/YYYY-MM-slug/
  2. Create the campaign note with:
    • Full frontmatter (type: campaign, status: archived, source-programs, source-concepts, formats)
    • Source Material section with wikilinks to KB content
    • Newsletter Section with the actual newsletter copy
    • Social Posts sections with actual social copy (if available)
    • Blog Post reference (if applicable)
    • Related section with wikilinks
  3. For newsletters that were standalone sends (not tied to a specific campaign topic), create a newsletter issue note in 02-areas/communications/newsletters/
  4. Update indexes — add rows to _campaign-index.md and _newsletter-index.md
  5. Run wikilink checker after each batch: python3 scripts/check-wikilinks.py --changed
  6. Commit and push after each logical batch (e.g., all 2026 content, then 2024, etc.)

Files with size -1 in rclone output are Google Docs/Sheets (not downloadable as-is). To read them:

Note: Google Docs exported via rclone may come as .docx format. The text content may need extraction. For .md files (like the Fire Horse newsletter), rclone cat works directly.

Most high-priority text content has been imported. What remains is:

  • Spreadsheets (#13) — need pip install openpyxl in the VPS docx-env to read .xlsx files
  • Strategy docs (#14) — unexplored, could contain significant content
  • Image/video-only folders (#2, #5, #11, #12) — no text to import, images referenced in existing notes
  • Low-priority reference material (#15-17) — brand assets, press, marketing studyNotes

Open Claude Code in the vault and say:

Read 00-inbox/claude-code-shared-context-campaign-import.md for full context. I want you to import past campaign content from Google Drive into the vault’s campaign structure. Start with the high-priority items. Work in batches — commit and push after each batch with a brief report of what was imported. Access Google Drive via rclone on the VPS (ssh patrick@46.224.129.16).

Patrick may also want to point Claude to specific folders or files to prioritize.


  • Voice guides must be loaded before writing any copy that gets modified (but archived imports should preserve original voice/tone)
  • The #baseworks hashtag is used by a Japanese shoe company — never use it. Use #baseworks_method etc.
  • Archived campaigns should preserve their original content faithfully — don’t rewrite to match current voice conventions. Tag them status: archived so they’re clearly historical.
  • Brain Fodder topics already used: “What are you not noticing?” (March 2026), Neuroaesthetics (2024), Learning Styles (2026 Fire Horse)
