How the japaneese use their adaptibility and resilience in every way , including body or infrastructure , basically the foundation practice seems to apply to anything

maybe not difficult to understand but more to apply, as a bodybuilder I have the automatic response to flex and isolate while working out and I notice that through baseworks it challenges me a lot , as I feel more as the performer. I find that baseworks requires more mental analysis for me so far , although I understand very well the concept. It’s interesting . Definately a tool for constance and discipline

I bring my shoulders down more often I am more conscient of it

the star tilt for some reasons seems challenging for me . Also last class you made a comment about my hips being tight doing the crossing leg seat. I got confused because my physio says my hips are very flexible compared to most , in terms of opening so I wonder if , perhaps there is something I dont understand on the form
