Hi Everyone!

(This will also be sent via email, either today or tomorrow)

With our first session approaching on January 24th, here’s your complete assignment schedule for all seven sessions. Each assignment includes all lessons (nodes) up to and including the specified lesson. Please note that all the assignments need to be completed before the specified session. If you have any questions, you can post a comment, open a discussion, DM us here on the platform, or reply to our emails! You get started here.

Before Session 1 – January 24 (Sat) 9:40-11:20: Complete Segments 1-2 (all 14 lessons through 2.12 Form Practice: Star Form) Total time: approximately 58 minutes

Before Session 2 – January 27 (Tue) 18:10-19:50: Complete Segment 3 lessons 3.1-3.8 (8 lessons through 3.8 Applied Practice Lab: Converge) Total time for new material: approximately 56 minutes

Before Session 3 – January 31 (Sat) 9:40-11:20: Complete the rest of Segment 3 lessons 3.9-3.14 (6 lessons through 3.14 Baseworks Focus vs Traditional Exercise Goals) Total time for new material: approximately 43 minutes

Before Session 6 – February 22 (Sun) 14:10-15:50: Complete the rest of Segment 5 lessons 5.5-5.8 (4 lessons through 5.8 Applied Practice Lab: Equate) Total time for new material: approximately 27 minutes

Session 7 – March 1 (Sun) 13:10-15:30: No new assignment

Remember: Only the “Practice” and “Applied Practice Lab” lessons require full physical practice. The “Theory” and “Practice Key Points” content can be watched anywhere—during your commute, in a café, on a lunch break. We’ve included the time details so you can estimate your commitment and plan accordingly.

Please do your best to stay on this assignment schedule. It really helps create a shared foundation for our in-person sessions.

Looking forward to seeing you on the 24th!

Hi everyone,

(You’re receiving this both via email and as a message on the platform.)

We’re following up on the message we posted on the platform yesterday. We hope you’re settling into the course’s rhythm!

We’re happy to see great questions on the forum. We’ve also added some follow-up posts that we think will support your understanding of the last session and help with your ongoing study:

Please check out the forum to see these posts and the interaction that’s already happening.

Quick reminder: Our next session is Tuesday evening (January 27, 18:10-19:50). Since it’s Sunday night, we wanted to encourage you to take the time to work through your assignment over the next couple of days if you haven’t started yet. As mentioned on the group post, we really don’t recommend cramming. Allowing for a bit of space to revisit lessons and digest the content generally works better for preparation for the in-person sessions.

Assignment Due Tuesday: Complete Segment 3, lessons 3.1-3.8 (through 3.8 Applied Practice Lab: Converge) Total time: approximately 56 minutes

Session 1 Resources:

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday.

**Technical Issue with “Done” Button - Please Share Your Experience **

Hi everyone,

Genevieve recently shared an important observation in our group feed about the “Done” button not appearing after watching videos in their entirety, which means the content must be re-watched before the button becomes visible. A few of you have liked this post, which suggests others may be experiencing something similar.

We want to address this promptly, but we need more information to understand what’s happening. If you’re experiencing this issue—or any other technical difficulties with the platform—please post the details as a new discussion topic in our sub-forum: “Technical difficulties: 2026 Winter Cohort”

The more specific information we receive (exactly what you’re experiencing, which lessons, screenshots if possible), the faster we can work toward a solution.

In your discussion topic under this subform, please include the following information:

  • Which lesson or section you were accessing

  • What specifically happened (or didn’t happen)

  • Any error messages you received

  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible

  • What device/browser you’re using

If you see a post describing an issue you’re also experiencing, please comment to let us know—this helps us understand how widespread the problem is and prioritize accordingly.

Thank you for helping us improve the platform experience for everyone.

Good morning everyone,

Just a quick note: we sent an email with some useful resources to support what we’ve covered so far. We also posted the session summary from Tuesday; If you feel it’s helpful to review that, you can find it here.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
