The Peak hold, and the analogy of the Japanese « letter », really blew my mind. I don’t know if this has to do with my autistic brain, but the similarities between different lines formed in my body and angles in space being compared to letters drawn on paper is nothing short of amazing :-)

The Ascend and Torsion notions (that could also be because I could not attend class on Tuesday)

I see lines everywhere in my movements. On the way back from class, in the metro and train, I did tried doing micromovements when feeling unconfortable (the noise, light and movement are particularly challenging for me). It helped keep my anxiety level to a manageable level.

I am not sure…. I don’t think so…

I love that I feel energised and not drained after prqctising Baseworks forms.
