Understanding that the brain is responsible for the depth of my ‘stretch’ and that it varies per day and stress level and how activation can help reset the safety point - I think…I am particularly intrigued to reflect on translating the Japanese architecture ‘s adaptability to external forces to an organizational and cognitive model. I also understand now why I feel so sore 2-3 days later when I thought everything was cool while exercicing…I wasn’t consciously reflecting on what I was doing…

I am having a hard time to do the exercices - I blame my lack of flexibility practice and over use of big muscles in CrossFit.

I notice subtle changes in my posture and breathing…feeling more upright and stacked without really thinking about it.

Have some really out of shape in the demos to see more variation. :-) I can’t even support myself on my elbows with chest up. Maybe I am not the right audience.
