I found that very difficult and confusing. It is really hard to tell if my body is doing what is being described in the video. I also found it very physically difficult, my legs felt very tight and it felt like a great strain to get into the position. I also felt stressed that I wasn’t even sure if my body was in the right position. I would say the goal of the movement was to hinge forward, sending my butt back and my arms and trunk forward while lowering my knees. It was difficult.
