The most interesting part of this segment was noticing how journaling helped deepen awareness of movement habits, breathing patterns and nervous system responses throughout the practices.

What felt unusual was how subtle adjustments in posture, breath and attention could significantly change the quality of movement and effort.

I noticed a tendency to create unnecessary tension during effort, especially in my shoulders and jaw. Over time, I’ve become more aware of how breath and attention can help create more grounded and efficient movement.
