Segment Feedback — Matthew McIlhenny — Segment Assimilation
Section titled “Segment Feedback — Matthew McIlhenny — Segment Assimilation”Most interesting
Section titled “Most interesting”The Spain al traction because i hadn’t heard you discuss it specifically before
Unusual or difficult
Section titled “Unusual or difficult”I honestly still don’t understand how ignition and assimilation is really that different than a warm up and integrative meditation bookending the practice. I can listen to the videos again but the reasoning given I didn’t really buy. I asked myself “is this just giving something a fancy name for the sake of being complex”?
Movement habits
Section titled “Movement habits”I noticed that I got more out of the complete session doing them back to back on separate days. Previously I had just chose to practice complete or open sessions depending on purely time constraints
Could be better
Section titled “Could be better”Looking back now I see ignition and assimilation are two modules. I experienced them as one, so now I think I need to go back and see why the key points are separated. It’s my guess key points like breathing apply to both sections
