I'm resuming work from last night's session. Read 00-inbox/session-resume-2026-04-02.md for full context, then let's pick up where we left off. My main priorities are:

1. Redesign the preparation guide page on practice.baseworks.com (page ID 22134, slug: preparation-guide, currently DRAFT). The 720px max-width container is too narrow — I have a different design idea I'll describe.
2. Once the page design is finalized, publish it.
3. Make the two participant-facing Google Calendars public (I may have already done this).
4. Add descriptions to both public calendars.
5. Link the preparation guide from the practice site dashboard.
6. Update the welcome email template's preparation guide link to the live URL.
7. Generate the HTML version of the welcome-new email via /create-email.

Google Calendar setup

• Connected Google Calendar API via MCP integration (pat@baseworks.com)
• Created 3 calendars, all populated with events from April 4 forward:

• Internal calendar events use shorter names without “Baseworks” prefix
• Apple Calendar limitation: location field not clickable for Google-synced events. Directions link in notes is the workaround.

• WP Fusion gating: track-introductory OR track-standard OR track-alumni
• Content: full preparation guide (what to expect, how to prepare, considerations, venue, calendar links, questionnaire, community forum, resources)
• Current design: 720px max-width container with resource cards in 2x3 grid, teal buttons (#39C3F0)
• Issue: 720px max-width feels too narrow. Patrick has a different design idea to discuss.

Welcome email (abridged)
