Archive Content Editorial Update Plan
Status: pending. Created 2026-07-07 after the full import of historical baseworks.com content into the vault.
Background
Section titled “Background”On 2026-07-07, all remaining published (and draft) content from baseworks.com was imported into the vault as-is: 14 communications posts, 13 podcast episodes (8 with full transcripts), and body backfills for 16 blog-article files that previously held only frontmatter. These were written before the Claude collaboration began. No editorial work has been done on them in this vault.
Every imported file carries these frontmatter keys:

Section titled “What the editorial round should cover (per file)”- Voice-guide compliance review against the current VOICE-GUIDE-UNIFIED (v2.8) — these predate the guides entirely; expect em dashes, “fitness” framing, “students/teachers,” sales register, exclamation marks
- Terminology currency: forms (not poses/positions), instructors (not teachers), practitioners (not students), current program names
- Factual currency: dates, program structures, links (some point at pages that have since moved)
- Frontmatter enrichment: tags,
related:wikilinks into current vault content - Decision per file: update the live site version too, or vault-only cleanup (site changes go through the changelog repo workflow)
Priority suggestion: blog articles first (publicly linked from current posts), then communications, then podcast pages (mostly episode descriptions; transcripts stay verbatim regardless).
