how adaptation is really a very personalised thing based on the sole goal of make everything effortless, to the point I should feel calm within while executing , which really requires a trementdous efforts to deconstruct as a former bodybuilder

I think my understanding will clarify throught more physical practice

the attention I give to my shoulders , or my feet grounding is more present in my mind then usual

I think I have a hard time still feeling my back and my hips gridlines without using a miror, so I guess repitition and practice over time will help
