Quick check-in before Saturday—I see you haven’t started the first assignment yet. Wanted to reach out directly rather than wait until we’re all together.
The program is structured around everyone completing the online assignments before each session.
Just in case you haven’t yet looked at your emails or seen the messages on the platform, the assignment before Saturday’s session is to complete Segments 1-2 (all 14 lessons through 2.12 Form Practice: Star Form). This takes about 58 minutes total, and even though Saturday’s close, it’s definitely doable if you can find some time in the next couple days.
Asia did respond to your email the other day, but it seems like you were able to reset your password and get in. Yet, if there’s something else preventing you from getting started—technical issues, confusion about what to complete, or anything else—let me know, and we’ll help sort it out.

Quick follow-up on interview invitations:
Earlier this week, we sent an email asking if you’d be willing to share your experience with Baseworks on camera—short conversational interviews (5-10 minutes) that help us get feedback and give future students insight into what the program is about.
If you saw that email and haven’t had a chance to respond, a quick yes or no would be really helpful as we’re coordinating the shooting schedule with people who’ve already expressed interest. The available times are:
- February 22nd: 12:00-2:00pm (before our session)
- March 1st: 3:30-5:00pm (after our session) Interviews can be in English or French. If you’re still thinking about it or have questions, please feel free to reply to this message or the original email, or come talk to us about it in person on Sunday. We should still be able to make space for March 1.
