Taking the feet about a meter apart or a little bit wider than a meter depending on the length of your legs or your height and also personal condition.

Starting with the outside edges of the feet parallel to each other, activate the legs away from each other as you draw the shoulders down, reach the arms up to the side, spread through the fingertips and extend through the back of the neck crown of the head moving upward.

Drop the left heel back and turn the right foot forward.

And as you do that, the pelvis just falls that movement forward.

As you activate the legs away from each other here, make sure that the face is more or less in center in line with the sternum.

You don’t necessarily have to look forward here.

In order to release, turn the left heel in again and turn the right foot forward so that the outside edges of the feet are parallel again and extend the arms out to the side and slowly actively lower down as the legs activate away from each other.

Once the arms have reached down, then relax the legs and keep the upper torso upright and neutral.
