From a sublime position, bend the knees up in towards the chest and hang on to the knees with the hands.

Once you’ve got the knees hooked onto the hands, the knees should be wide about hips width apart here.

Allow for the knees to press into the hands and draw the shoulders down so you want to feel like you’re kind of hanging off the knees here.

So the arms are active, the shoulders are active and the knees are pressing forward.

Now draw the chin in towards the chest, lightly flexing the upper spine.

Following the movement of the collarbone here now, draw the chin to the chest and slowly follow the line of the collarbone with the chin toward the left shoulder.

And again as the chin draws in, keeping the neck active, follow the line of the collarbone to the right in that same motion. again draw the chin in as you follow back over toward the left and then draw the chin in again as you follow back over toward the right.

Follow with the chin in coming back to center and to release allow for the head to fall back letting the legs go and returning to a comfortable spine position.
