Developing a kind of hyper-awareness through distributed Activation and Micro movements and so kind of anchoring mind and body. Also letting go of any kind of controlled breathing, which otherwise I have only met in dance and Qi Gong practices and not in any kind of muscular practices.

Again what I find unusual (also especially in a world where performance often equals with pushing harder and more), is being encouraged to modify Intensity !!

Allowing the body to “take over” and guiding pace and intensity is sometimes interfering with the minds expectations /demands
