Complete list of sent/archived broadcasts from crm.baseworks.com (FluentCRM DB 3ZGRM_fc_campaigns, status archived or sent). Source of truth for the /archive-newsletter backfill.

To start archiving the 23 remaining English broadcast newsletters (oldest first):

/archive-newsletter --bulk

Or start from a specific campaign ID:

/archive-newsletter --bulk 37

The skill loads this inventory, filters to English Newsletters (skips Program Communications — those are archived separately per archive-program-communications-plan), skips ✅ rows, and works chronologically forward. Correlations are batched for user approval every 3–5 archives. See the skill file at .claude/skills/archive-newsletter/SKILL.md (Bulk Mode section) for the full flow.

Pre-flight checks the skill will run:

  • SSH connection to u4_baseworkscrm@5.180.253.171
  • B2 auth (b2 ls b2://baseworks-media/)
  • Query FluentCRM DB for the first campaign’s content

Reference implementation: the April 18, 2025 archive at 02-areas/communications/newsletters/2025-04-18-neuropsychology-day-the-neuro/ shows the expected output shape — exact editorial content preserved, body + button links in a table, UTMs in frontmatter, 8 images migrated to B2, bidirectional links to 5 correlated files.

Next-phase passes (after EN backlog is done):

  • Japanese translations (12 campaigns) — /archive-newsletter --bulk --language=ja
  • Spanish translations (7 campaigns) — /archive-newsletter --bulk --language=es

Do NOT start bulk archival and program-communications archival in the same session — different skills, different output locations.

Category Split

Section titled “Category Split”

Not every sent campaign is a newsletter. This inventory distinguishes:

  • Newsletters — broadcast editorial content sent to the main list (typically 100+ recipients). Archived under 02-areas/communications/newsletters/ via /archive-newsletter.
  • Program Communications — targeted emails to small segments (study group participants, open-day attendees, platform onboarding, enrollment). Archived separately in communications/follow-up-sequences/ — see archive-program-communications-plan for the execution plan.
  • Duplicates — near-identical sends to different segments. Only archive the larger send; note the smaller one as a skip.

For content, the skill pulls the full rendered HTML directly from 3ZGRM_fc_campaigns.email_body on the CRM server rather than scraping the preview URL.
