Brief description (for Proto Studio listing):
Guided practice sessions using the Baseworks method — a structured approach to movement education developed over two decades. Sessions build systematically through consistent frameworks, with theory woven into the practice itself. Open to practitioners from dance, martial arts, circus, athletics, and other physical disciplines. New participants begin with an introductory session; continued practice is supported by a sliding scale.

Brief description (for Proto Studio listing):
A seven-week program combining in-person practice with online conceptual study. The Study Group is designed for physically active individuals who want to refine how they perceive and control their own movement. Each session builds on structured frameworks introduced through the Baseworks Primer — 79 lessons covering the method’s principles. Small cohort format. Registration closes four days before the program begins, or when the cohort reaches capacity.
