Asia has already added an FAQ section to the page draft — this version incorporates the sliding scale no-transfer policy (per Patrick’s request) and aligns with the T&Cs addendum. Can I use sessions I purchase now in a future season? No — session passes are tied to the current season (Spring 2026, March 15 — June 27). Any unused credits at the end of the season cannot be carried over. If you’re not sure how many sessions you’ll attend, we recommend purchasing in smaller quantities and returning for more if needed.

Can I get a refund on sessions I didn’t use? Purchased session passes are non-refundable, consistent with our general purchasing terms. We encourage you to book sessions as your schedule comes together and to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice if plans change — your credit will be returned to your account.

Does the volume discount apply across multiple purchases? No — the sliding-scale discount is calculated on each purchase individually. If you buy 3 sessions now and 3 sessions later, each transaction is priced separately. To get the best per-session rate, purchase the full quantity you plan to attend in a single transaction.

What happens if I book a session and can’t attend? You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session starts from your account dashboard, and your credit will be returned. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refunded.

What if a session I want is full? Each session has a capacity of 20 participants. If a session is full, check back — spots do become available when others cancel. You can keep an eye on availability from your account dashboard.

What if Baseworks cancels or reschedules a session? If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, the credit for that session will be returned to your account automatically.


Differences from Asia’s Current FAQ Draft

Asia’s version (in the page draft, updated March 5) covers most of the same ground. Key additions in this version:

  1. Sliding scale no-transfer FAQ — “Does the volume discount apply across multiple purchases?” is new (Patrick requested this be included)
  2. Credit expiry language — Asia’s version says “Credits can be used to book for sessions within the Spring season (March—June).” This version makes the no-carryover policy more explicit.
  3. Removed FAQ items that are in Asia’s version but not here (they should stay on the page — they cover different topics):
    • “I’m a professional dancer. Do I need to do the intake form?” (still has Round 2 revision pending)
    • “I’ve been doing yoga and Pilates for years. Am I eligible?” (still has Round 2 revision pending)
    • “How does the Alumni sliding scale discount work exactly?”
    • “I’ve studied Baseworks before — am I eligible for alumni pricing?”
    • “Is there a French option?”

Merge approach: Add the sliding scale no-transfer FAQ to Asia’s existing set. Update the credit expiry language in the booking FAQ. Keep all of Asia’s other items.


Pending Revisions (from page draft Round 2)

These are flagged in the page draft but not yet implemented in Asia’s FAQ:

  • Remove “gatekeeping exercise” from the intake form FAQ
  • Revise the yoga/Pilates eligibility answer (remove “body-aware”)
  • Fix closing CTA: “15 sessions” should be “16 sessions”
