Thank you very much for your response, and likewise — it was great connecting in person.
Everything you’ve described works well on our end. We’re happy to keep things straightforward and handle the subsidy logistics ourselves.
Listing Everything you need should be in the Google Drive folder I shared — event poster images, descriptions, schedules, pricing, and registration links for both the Practice Sessions and the Study Group, along with photos and logos. If you need anything else, let us know and we’ll drop it in there.
Subsidies We’ll take care of the structure and application entirely on our side — no coordination needed from you. If you’re able to mention on the site listing and in your newsletter that Proto Studio residents, family members, and solo members can receive subsidies on our programs, and that they can contact us directly for details, that’s all we’d need. We’ll handle the rest from there. For both the site listing and the newsletter, it’s probably best to keep all specific subsidy amounts off the public-facing side — just a note that subsidies are available and to get in touch with us. For the site listing, as you mentioned, it probably makes the most sense to have people click through to the booking pages on our site for all the details — there are a few pricing variations, and linking through would keep the listing on your end cleaner.
Instagram We’ll have a few collab posts coming up over the next while. I’ll send you a text each time one goes out so you can take a look and decide whether to accept. No pressure either way.
Newsletter We’re putting together some newsletters ourselves where we’ll be mentioning Proto Studio. Would you personally like to be added to our list? On the basis of the Proto Studio initiatives and everything you’re doing, I feel like you’d find a lot of the content that we share relevant/interesting.
Poster Thank you for offering the wall space — we’ll design a poster and bring it by.
